1. Payment Model
Vivah Biodata operates on a pay-per-template model. You pay a one-time fee for each template you choose to download your biodata with. Our pricing structure includes:
- Free biodata creation and editing
- Preview of all templates before purchase
- One-time payment per template download
- No recurring charges or subscriptions
- Different pricing for different premium templates
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Payment Error: If you were charged but did not receive the PDF download link
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same template download
- Technical Issues: If the downloaded PDF is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the preview shown before purchase
- Wrong Template: If you were charged for a different template than the one you selected (within 24 hours of purchase)
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Successfully downloaded biodata PDFs (once the PDF is downloaded, the purchase is final)
- Change of mind after downloading the template
- Dissatisfaction with the template design after purchase (use preview before buying)
- Data entry errors in your biodata (you can edit and re-download with the same template)
- Printing quality issues from third-party printers
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through the Contact Us page
- Provide your account email address and transaction details
- Include your payment confirmation or transaction ID
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation supporting your claim
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will review and process the refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
Please note that we cannot expedite the refund process once it has been initiated, as processing times depend on your financial institution.
6. Re-downloading After Refund
If a refund is issued for a template download, your access to that specific template download will be revoked. However, you can:
- Continue to use your account and create biodata for free
- Purchase the same or different template in the future
- Edit your existing biodata and preview it with any template
7. Promotional Offers and Discounts
If you purchase a template using a promotional code, discount, or special offer, refunds will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid, not the original price. Promotional credits or free downloads obtained through special offers are non-refundable.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration beyond our standard refund policy, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and make a fair decision based on the specific circumstances.
9. Third-Party Services
If you choose to use third-party printing services or pay for external services related to your biodata (such as professional printing), those transactions are separate from Vivah Biodata. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes related to third-party services.
10. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. Please work with us directly through our refund request process before initiating a chargeback.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
